History
Will U Help is more than an organization—it’s a movement. Born from compassion and driven by purpose, we’re committed to creating lasting change for the unsheltered. What began in 2025 on the streets of Athens, Georgia, has grown into a global call to action: to see, hear, and empower those who are too often overlooked.
After years of offering food, hugs, money, and conversation, we came to a powerful realization: While kindness matters, true transformation requires deeper connection and long-term solutions. So, we asked a bold question: How can we help people feel truly seen, valued, and supported in reclaiming their independence?
Today, Will U Help stands as a beacon of hope, igniting change one story, one person, one community at a time.
The Power of the Message Bag
What started as a simple question—How can we help people be truly seen and heard?—sparked a movement of visibility, dignity, and empowerment. From that inspiration, the Will U Help Message Bag was born.
Our message bags are more than just reusable totes; they are tools for self-expression and connection. One side began with “Hire Me For,” offering individuals the chance to share their skills with a Sharpie (“Hire me for yard work,” “Hire me to paint,” etc.). The other side featured the bold question, “Will U Help?”, inviting the community to engage and respond.
Over time, our bag evolved into its fifth generation: a blank canvas. Now, each person has the freedom to write whatever message speaks to their journey—whether it’s a request, a dream, a skill, or a statement of hope.
These bags aren’t just carried—they carry stories, talents, and courage. They remind the world that everyone has something to say, something to offer, and someone willing to listen.
Every Step Matters
Out on the streets, we didn’t just serve—we listened, walked alongside, and learned. One of the first truths we discovered was simple yet profound: backpacks are gold. More than a convenience, they were a lifeline—used to carry everything someone owned, their entire world on their shoulders. So we started there, handing out backpacks as one small but meaningful step toward stability.
But it didn’t stop with gear. We spent nights sleeping alongside the unhoused, learning directly from their experiences. That’s where we met a man whose story still fuels our mission. All he needed was $85—just enough for a bus ticket to reunite with his family, 600 miles away. One small act. One opportunity. And everything changed.
At Will U Help, we believe every human deserves that kind of chance—one moment of support that can shift the entire course of a life. That’s why we do what we do. Because every step, every story, every connection matters.
Reuniting the Unhoused with Their Loved Ones
We combine technology and compassion to help unsheltered individuals reconnect with lost loved ones—restoring families, rebuilding hope, and proving that no one is ever truly alone.

My beliefs are simple yet profound: I believe in loving everyone unconditionally and recognizing that each person is striving to do their best. My identity is defined not by political affiliations but by my actions and unwavering faith. I advocate for harm reduction and support initiatives that prevent self-harm and promote well-being.
My life has not been without challenges. Loneliness, physical and mental trauma, isolation, and growing up without a voice have been my companions at times. Yet, these struggles have forged deep connections with others who share similar experiences, reinforcing the importance of empathy and understanding.
Will U Help was born from a deep desire to move beyond the confines of the corporate world, where I spent decades, and make a tangible difference in the lives of others. As someone seeking daily joy and purpose, I’ve embarked on a mission to empower the voiceless, drawing on lessons from my corporate background and my youth. Together, through radical and relentless action, we can amplify the voices of the unhoused and lonely and drive meaningful change.
I invite you to join me on this journey of compassion and empowerment. I look forward to uniting with you and those in need to make a difference together. Feel free to email me and introduce yourself.
