If you use the Recovery Reconnection Program or submit information on behalf of someone entering recovery, the information you provide may include sensitive details about homelessness, addiction history, recovery status, treatment participation, family relationships, location history, photos, videos, audio, documents, or written messages.
Will U Help uses this information to review the request, attempt reconnection outreach, communicate with the person submitting the request, contact possible loved ones or support people, document our outreach, improve our nonprofit services, and operate the organization.
Will U Help will handle recovery-related information with dignity and care. Please do not submit medical records, clinical records, treatment records, or substance use disorder treatment records unless you have the person’s permission and the information is necessary for the reconnection request.
Submitted photos, videos, audio recordings, written messages, documents, and other content may be used for reconnection outreach, storytelling, donor education, marketing, social media, training, and nonprofit awareness only as allowed by our policies, consent language, and applicable law. Will U Help will never intentionally exploit, shame, or take advantage of anyone we serve.
