By submitting or uploading photos, videos, audio, written messages, documents, or other content to Will U Help, you confirm that you have permission to share that content with us. Submitted content may be used by Will U Help for reconnection outreach, storytelling, donor education, marketing, social media, training, and nonprofit awareness. Will U Help will handle every story with dignity and care and will never intentionally exploit, shame, or take advantage of anyone we serve.

To use certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

WUH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or a violation of these Terms.

To access our Services, you need an internet connection and a compatible device. You agree that:

• Standard data and messaging rates may apply when using our mobile services.
• You are responsible for any charges related to internet or data usage.

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, you may submit a claim by contacting us at info@willuhelp.life with the subject line “Copyright Infringement.” The claim must include:

• A detailed description of the copyrighted work and alleged infringement.

Our Website and Services are available worldwide. By accessing and using our Services, you agree that:

• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Some features or services may be limited in certain regions due to legal or operational restrictions.
• Will U Help, Inc. reserves the right to restrict or discontinue services in any country as necessary.

Will U Help may provide reconnection support for people living unsheltered who are entering recovery, participating in a recovery program, leaving treatment, or seeking support after addiction-related hardship.

Will U Help is not a medical provider, mental health provider, substance use disorder treatment provider, detox facility, recovery residence, emergency service, crisis response service, housing provider, or case management agency. Our role is limited to voluntary reconnection outreach.

The Recovery Reconnection Program is designed to help a person ask whether someone from their past may be willing and able to support them as they get off the streets and continue rebuilding their life.

Will U Help cannot guarantee that we will locate the person being searched for, that the person will respond, that reconnection will occur, that housing will be available, that treatment will continue, or that recovery outcomes will result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Will U Help, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Unauthorized access to or use of your personal information.
• Errors, bugs, or interruptions in the Services.

Your sole remedy for any dispute with WUH is to stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

All legal actions, disputes, or claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

By using our Services, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for any disputes.
